Get a head start on stress relief by making this essential oil blend! It can be used in many ways: Put a few drops onto a handkerchief or tissue and inhale gently. Add 10-15 drops (or more, depending on your preference) to a 25ml bottle of your favourite carrier oil to use as a massage or bath blend. Blend in with a half-cup of basic bath sales (a mixture of epsom salts and sea salts, with a few tablespoons of baking soda) and add to your bath.
- 9 drops lavender essential oil, for calming the spirit
- 3 drops lemon essential oil, for clarity of thought
- 2 drops of geranium essential oil, for adrenal support and as a general tonic
- 2 drops of bergamot essential , for uplifting the spirit
