Eat, drink, journey, meditate!
The Autumn Equinox marks the balance between light and dark, and is one of the three holidays in the Celtic (and Wiccan) calendars associated with the harvest:

  • Lughnasadh, also known as Lammas
  • Mabon, also known as Harvest Home, or the Autumn Equinox
  • Samhain, now linked with All Saint’s Day

At Mabon, we honour the Dark Mother, the crone aspect of the triple goddess. We will begin with a powerful meditation will be preformed to help you dance with your shadow, reclaim what you’ve denied, embrace your own dark self. The second meditation will take you on a journey to the Oak Grove to meet a messenger and a guide to understand the three flames of your life (past, present and future).

Fall fruits & vegetables, seeds & nuts, and baked goodies will be served to celebrate Mabon. Loose leaf tea will be served and after you have finished your cup of tea, you will get a chance to dabble with intuitive teacup reading in a safe environment with other open minded folks.

Before the evening ends, you will also get to make a herbal infusion to be used as a skin wash or a cleanser for your ritual space. And you will receive some additional formulations using your herbal infusion to “kick it up a notch”!  By infusing the seasonal herbs in water, you can take advantage of the medicinal properties as well as the magical ones.
