Tip of the day: Breathe!

Quick Grounding Tip_breathe in breathe out repeat slowlySounds obvious, right? If you are having a stressful day, dealing with anxiety or feeling pressure, sometimes it’s easy to forget that our greatest ally is our Self, our internal GPS (Greater Personal Self).

How can we access that GPS? By pausing, grounding, slowing down. If you feel pressure of any kind, simply focus on your breathing:

  • inhale slowly and deeply for a count of 3 or 4
  • pause for a count of 3 or 4
  • exhale slowly and fully for a count of 3 or 4
  • pause for a count of 3 or 4
  • repeat until you feel relaxed and grounded

When you focus on your breathing, you can:

  • more easily access your internal GPS
  • reduce anxiety and stress
  • relax
  • focus
  • release negative energy and toxins

Even more powerful? Create your own images for the inhalation (breathing in the golden or silver light of Spirit or Flow) and the exhalation (releasing negative thoughts, toxins or energy).

After all, isn’t breathing INSPIRATION ???
