Dare to think for yourself

Is there anything more precious than freedom of thought? Or the ability to think, evaluate, analyze, question, probe…?

As Voltaire said,

“Dare to think for yourself.”

The work that we do – especially those of us who are coaches, alternative health or spiritual practitioners – is often misjudged or misunderstood. But do trust and do follow your heart and passion… do free your mind and do be open to the possibility that there is magick and amazement beyond your current dreams or thoughts.

And be skeptical: do not accept blindly all that is put forward as Truth…. Many of those “truths” are beliefs in disguise, and serve to oppress rather than elevate humanity.

But maybe Virginia Woolf summarized it best, in “A Room of One’s Own”:

“Lock up your libraries if you like; but there is no gate, no lock, no bolt that you can set upon the freedom of my mind.”

I will get off my soapbox now🌞
