Occupy your moments

imageI recently came across the work of Richard Wagamese, Ojibway Author, and the lovely conversations between him and Old Woman which he shares on his Facebook page.

Me: What is the secret to life?
Old Woman: Learning to love it.
Me: Even the hard parts? Even the pain?
Old Woman: Especially those. When you reach out to the love of living instead of the fear of dying you create more life.
Me: That sounds like awfully hard work.
Old Woman: Choose moments then – and let the days take care of themselves.

These days I’m learning to occupy my moments….”

Today I am following Old Woman’s advice, the wisdom of The Crone …. I’m letting the day take care of itself and I am occupying my moments.

What intentions are you creating for YOUR day?
